Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, Baize may process:

• Your email address and account identifier for authentication and account maintenance; • Your question, optional context, and selected focus category; • Your six coin-casting results, hexagram information, and generated free or Deep Readings; • Reading history stored on your device or synchronized to your account; • Payment status, order references, and transaction information required to restore purchased content; • Limited technical logs required for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Baize does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Please do not enter your full name, address, telephone number, account passwords, identity documents, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive identifying information in your question or optional context.

We use relevant information only to:

• Send verification codes and maintain your account session; • Save and synchronize reading history; • Generate free or paid symbolic readings; • Verify payments and restore unlocked content; • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; • Respond to support requests and investigate technical problems.

To create a reading, Baize sends the minimum information required for that reading to a third-party AI service provider. This may include:

• Your question and optional context; • Your selected focus category; • Casting results and hexagram information; • Instructions required to control the language and format of the output.

Baize does not send your email address, complete account profile, payment-card information, or purchase history to the AI provider as part of the reading content.

Baize does not currently train its own AI models. Third-party AI service providers process requests under their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices.

Guest readings may be stored in the current browser or device. After signing in, you may choose to synchronize readings to your Baize account so they can be viewed on other devices.

Account data, readings, and related settings are normally retained until you delete the relevant content or delete your account. Limited transaction records may be retained for the period required for payments, refunds, disputes, security, or legal obligations.

Web payments are handled by Creem. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions and is responsible for payment processing, taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.

Baize may store payment status and necessary order references to confirm purchases and restore unlocked content, but it does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Creem processes payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Baize does not sell or rent personal information and does not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.

Information necessary to provide authentication, cloud storage, AI generation, payments, transactional email, and security services may be processed by relevant service providers. We share information only where necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or respond to user requests.

Some service providers may operate infrastructure outside your country or region. Information may therefore be processed in other jurisdictions. We seek to limit transferred data to what is necessary to provide the relevant function.

You may:

• Continue using features that do not require an account as a guest; • View saved reading history; • Choose whether to synchronize local readings to your account; • Delete your account and associated personal data; • Contact us with privacy, access, or deletion requests.

After account deletion, data associated with the account that is not required to be retained will be deleted.
